When I use semibin2 for multi-sample binning to generate the sequence features, semibin2 outputs a sample-wise fasta file with contig names provided after the separator.
It might be better to retain everything for the contig name or provide an option to do so, i.e., including sample names as provided in the concatenated fasta file, for downstream processing steps
