Thank you for developing this tool! I’m curious about Semibin’s reliance on Prodigal for gene prediction. Since Prodigal is prokaryote-specific, how does this impact binning accuracy for fungal genomes in mixed metagenomes?
Are there any recommendations for handling fungal genomes or using alternative tools to improve results in such datasets?

Unfortunately, SemiBin2 is prokaryotic-only at the moment. I would love to be able to extend it to eukaryotes (it's a literally F.A.Q.), but it would require a significant amount of research effort.
