irgsh-go is now requires customized reprepro binary #150

The current reprepro is not allowing us to sync bookworm repository. In favor of security reason, the maintainer of reprepro does not see this as bug or valid issue: https://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg547229.html

Workaround:

BlankOn/reprepro@b84ac57

Thus it makes irgsh-go less generic and can not be deployed universally.
