If I type a CamelCase word I'd like BookStack to assume it is a link and allow me to click on it to select where it links to, remove the link (if unintentional), or create a new page/chapter/book that it will link to.
This is a common feature in many other wikis to expedite the creation of linked content. It also serves to indicate what pages have been referenced, but not yet written.
