Changes from PHP 8.1 to PHP 8.2 for next feature release.

Todo

  • Update code-base minimums
  • Update CI processes
  • Update scripts as required
    • 24.04 install script - Installs php8.3 (OS packages)
    • 22.04 install script - Needs updating, installs php8.1 (original OS packages) - Done via commit
    • 20.04 install script - Installs PHP 8.2 already, originally php7.4
    • 18.04 install script - Time to remove from site, well outside of standard support (Apr 2023)
  • Review guidance in "Updating PHP" docs.
  • Check popular distribution options:

Docs Update

  • Blogpost release notice
  • Update page - Version notice
  • Install page - Update install script details with new php versions used. - Done via commit
  • Install page - Update requirements.
  • "Updating PHP" docs - Update min php version mention
