Hi,

Thank you for the great package. I was wondering if there is a way to annotate the clonotypes using databases like VDJDb or TBAdb like in this package Immunarch . I'm trying to use the results from Clonalcompare and take the top clones and annotate them.

Thanks !

Hey @bapoorva,

Thanks for reaching out - there is this functionality in a sister R package for scRepertoire called Trex. If you have used scRepertoire for your analysis, Trex can automatically annotate possible epitopes with annotateDB() function.

Here is a link to the vignette: https://www.borch.dev/uploads/screpertoire/articles/trex#annotating-possible-epitopes.

Hope that helps,
Nick
