seaorm目前依赖的sqlx0.6.3使用的libsqlite3-sys版本落后于deno-runtime依赖的rusqlite3依赖的libsqlite3-sys版本。
现在使用fork版本https://github.com/BoxCatTeam/sqlx/tree/libsqlite3-sys0.25。
