Each force field block lowers fps drastically. At a small scale it's barely noticeable, but once you get into one that is a douzen chunks wide, it gets really bad.
I think it might have something to do with the cammo function checking each block indeviduallity all the time. But I'm not too sure. At first I thought it was opacity causing it, but even with a solid block cammo it has the same effect.
TPS isn't affected. Just FPS
I'll be conducting a test shortly that has glass in the same shape as the forcefield to rule out opacity.
