Bug: Alarm displays incorrect time format while ringing

Description

When an alarm is set using the 24-hour time format, it rings at the correct time. However, the displayed time on the alarm interface while ringing appears in the 12-hour format instead of the expected 24-hour format.
Also, the time window to set the alarm to snooze is very small to be practical.
