🚧 What needs to be done

Add a button that refreshes the error log when clicked.

🤔 Why it needs to be done

So that the user may refresh the error log without reloading the whole page.

🏗️ Acceptance Criteria

Given I am viewing the admin dashboard
When I click the refresh button (needs design)
Then I can see the most up to date data in the error log table
