@cgsmith I found this bug when I was testing SQL indexes. But I'm not sure about the purpose of this page. The method getList() doesn't exist in the model. But even returning an empty array still is unclear) Needs your review)

Yes this is a bug. It shouldn't have made it to master but is only available for admins.

The idea behind behaviors was that a customer could modify an order with the event hooks or with behaviors that we could code in.

I'll have to think a little bit more on what we should do. It'll probably end up being just removing the code.
