3rd party externals

we need to solve the issue of distribution of the various externals that were included as a convenience for this library. Let me know what, if any, solutions, you've considered.

so far the externals in the folder are cv.jit.contours, s2m.wacom, s2m.wacomtouch and now o.gui.attach.

• o.gui.attach could potentially go into the odot/dev folder
• cv.jit.contours will hopefully eventually be included in the main cv.jit package
• s2m.wacom/wacomtouch I'm not sure what to do with, apparently there is no Windows version which was a small problem in m158B. It could be advantageous to make an o.io.wacom object with the current SDK which is available for Windows also. It seems of multitouch and pen controllers that the Wacom is still in the lead in terms of size, latency and stability -- and is a legacy CNMAT research interest.
