Is there interest or discussions about making a conda or a pip package of the cookbook?

Basically I want to roll my own conda environment to use packages that are not included in conda/analysis3 whilst using the cookbook.

Thanks

I think that's a possibility, although we haven't really settled on any kind of release strategy. You could also add it as a package by a git url, i.e. git+https://github.com/cosima/cosima-cookbook?

Thanks Angus - that worked.

Should I add a note to the docs to say this is an option?
