Describe the bug

React app errors when trying to fill any of the text fields appended in Experiment / Processing / Pipeline / Pipe Section

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Open Experiment form
  2. Add new Pipe Section item
  3. Try to fill any of the appended fields
  4. See error

Expected behavior

User should be able to fill all fields.
Pipe section item adding should be tested.
