Remove this note from "How can my organization retrieve a list of our RESERVED CVE IDs?" FAQ text, as the bug is fixed:

"Note: CVE Services has a known memory bug. If you have a very large number of results, you may see an error “service not available”. Use the “cve_id_year” parameter to limit the results."
