Why was the project name created with kebab-case replaced by snake-case? As far as I know, kebab-case is valid for rust.

Yea you're right. I remember doing it so that it was consistent with how modules would be named. It's more so a code style choice and nothing more.

A flag could be added to not make it snake case.
