[BUG] AppBar height

FooterBar height has been rewrite. Both footerbar and appbar are relying on the responsive grid layout. The height is good for footer bar in regular and full screen. Some adjustment must be done for app bar because it needs to take in consideration map height and small layout were layers info is added on top of info window.
