Updated config for 1.4.0 #22

Hello everyone,
if you’re affected by a high amount of extra drops per tool, please keep in mind that the config has changed. As the changelog Said, you need to regenerate or/and reconfigure the config!

As you can see: the chances changed from ~0.1% to 100%. That’s only if you was updating from an older version to 1.4.0 or higher.
