Symlinks in .repos not updated properly #1

The .repos symlinks aren't deleted and recreated properly, resulting in out-of-date links when repos change.

Not only does "dgd-manifest install" not delete them at all, "dgd-manifest update" doesn't seem to correctly update them all the time.

Also, we wind up with symlinks inside the git repos, for reasons that aren't clear to me, but are probably related.
