Updated parse_json_to_txt.py (Thanks to ChatGPT)

• The main function now prompts the user for the base name of the files.
• The while loop dynamically determines the number of JSON files available.
• The function now appends _error to the output file name if any item in the JSON file is missing the required keys.
• A new function merge_output_files that takes the base name and the output directory, then merges all non-error output files into a single _merged file.
• The main function now calls merge_output_files after processing all the JSON files to create the merged file.
