This would probably come in v2. I wondering why we carry forward version 3.0.0 below support?
Should we get rid of this? When someone installs CC, they automatically get bumped to 3.5.3 equivalent.

Removing this leads to any code related to 3.0.0 or earlier to break break instantly. However, it is mostly code snippets for hooks that can be shared with support. Most of these are all on the internet.
