Update README.md with running instructions #116

The main README.md file in the repository should be updated with the instructions to run Rooster that are already contained in src/Roster.Web/README.md with a few updates to include the new database Docker image.

I'd remove that Readme. There is Wiki https://github.com/CntoDev/rooster/wiki/Getting-started

OK then I'll reference the Wiki in the main README.md which should contain some info at least
