Problem Statement: Make it more obvious when a grant is active/inactive in the view.

Develop a fun/stylish component to display Active vs Inactive. Chakra has good examples, or feel free to make your own.

This is another clear example that uses color, and an icon, to tell the user about the context and status of an unopened grant in the view.
