[FEB-6] Allow users to delete a notification pop-up, or clear all #84

Allow a user to delete an individual notification from their inbox. For now, offer an 'X' symbol in the top right which deletes it from their notification database.
Also allow a user to hit a 'Clear All' button which wipes their notification database.
