As a civic tech organization we can't do all the things. We need to create a strong network and community of like minded people and organizations.
In the past we have had excellent collaboration efforts with orgs like ACLU of PR, Proyecto 85, and Piloto 151.
We should retake creating these relationships and collaborating with them once again. This will help us reduce duplicate efforts and strengthen existing ones.
The goal of this discussion is to bring more organizations to the table and figure out how we can collaborate with them as a brigade.
This does not have to be limited to non-profits. If the organization has a social impact / civic tech effort we can at least have a conversation about it and consider a collaboration.
