Guild rest client

A Guild rest client has been added in v1.3.0 but it is till missing some endpoints.

Removed from the 2.0.0 Milestone, Because all the important Guild API calls for Color-Chan have been implemented.
Feel free to make a PR with any missing API calls if you need them! :)
