Add the ability to toggle decimal digits where CCD are displayed (so in staked CCD, Transaction fees (cumulative), Transaction fees). So instead of e.g. showing 9000000000.000000 CCD show 9000000000 CCD.

A Grafana variable would be suitable for this.
