would it be possible to provide SQANTI3 as a bioconda package? To me it looks like most dependencies are already installed with conda, and the two additional dependencies GtfToGenePred and CDNA_Cupcake are also included or available on Bioconda.
That would speed up the installation a lot and allow easier integration of SQANTI3 into Snakemake and Nextflow pipelines.

I think this is definitely worth considering -both @FJPardoPalacios and myself have talked about it on more than one occassion, as it would make installation and integration with other tools much easier, like you mention. Unfortunately, we currently unable to work on this effective immediately.
However, since I really believe it should be a part of the next steps in SQ3 development, I am keeping the issue open and labelling it as an enhancement until we can tackle it.
