The upload subheading does not actually upload anything. Can something be uploaded, or end with the instruction that this will happen in the next section?

@JasonJWilliamsNY I forgot to finish that part off, good catch. For this section, I have had them download the .fas file, and I could then have them upload the .fas file and README.txt to their tutorial_folder. However, that's the same thing being done with Cyberduck in Data Management II.
Do we want to prioritize having them complete non-redundant steps in an overall workflow, or do we want to show them how to do both? I don't think we want to give the impression that downloads are done from the DE web interface, while uploads are done from Cyberduck, but rather that the tools can accomplish roughly the same thing with different tradeoffs.
So, should we do upload + download in both Data Management I and II (and if so, which files do we use? the same ones in each?) or split them up in some way?
