Implement an NavigationRail for landscape orientation and big screens

Feature description

The mini player will remain at the bottom, but the BottomNavigationBar should be positioned on the side to provide the best responsiveness on larger screens.

Why do you want this feature?

When there is more space in width than in height, some elements look better in a row than in a column. It'll look much better with less clutter at bottom.
