Problem or Necessity
모든 노드의 state 값을 동일하게 유지하기 위해서 ivm 실행 결과를 비교해야 합니다.

Detail
ivm 에 tx list를 전달하여 트랜잭션을 실행하고 그 결과값을 다른 노드들과 비교해야 합니다.

ivm 에 tx list를 전달하는 command 정의 필요
prepare msg에 ivm으로부터 받은 실행 결과 값 추가
prepare msg handler에서 실행 결과값 비교 로직 추가
