I updated all versions to 1.17.1, but there is still an error that the plugin cannot be read

If you've downloaded IXL from SpigotMC.org, you should have gotten a .zip with two .jars, one called "calicomp-1.1.jar". Old Paper versions require this as well.

That looks like another plugin shades an outdated version of the Kyori library at the same namespace as CaliComp does. Does it work without other plugins? If it does, I'm afraid you'll have to find the plugin that does this, and if there's a solution depends on that plugin.

Uuh, I have some issue with SNAPSHOT-1149 too my CaliComp also didn't work. I using Paper 1.16.5
