Clipboard stops working after Reconnect

After reconnecting to a session, copy/paste doesn't work anymore.

Some notes / approaches I tried:

• /var/run/xrdp/sockdir/xrdp_chansrv_socket_10 doesn't exist at all. Neither before the connection, during a working connection or after a connection (Copy/paste is not working on XRDP neutrinolabs/xrdp#1188 (comment))
• Setting a specific port (instead of -1) in the [Xorg] section of the xrdp.ini leads to connection freezes.
• mkdir ~/thinclient_drives/.clipboard has no effect. (Copy/paste is not working on XRDP neutrinolabs/xrdp#1188 (comment))
• Setting different TCP keepalive times (/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_keepalive_time) doesn't work in a non privileged context, so this is no option for us (Copy/paste is not working on XRDP neutrinolabs/xrdp#1188 (comment))

The interesting log lines are:

All in all, it seems that the cliprdr channel doesn't accept new connection after disconnect.

Manual restart of chansrv are not supported yet: neutrinolabs/xrdp#1259
