  1. Create an RDS in af-south-1 for Superset
  2. Move SHOFCO's Superset to af-south-1
  3. Upgrade to Superset 4.1.0 rc4

ec2 and rds set up in us-east-1
load balancer, target group, security groups all set up
dns set up for shofco2.dalgo.in
superset 4.1.1 up and running on an empty config db
