[Enhancement] Fixed axis for dynamic mode integrator chart

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the dynamic mode integrator chart when running will automatically adjust its axis based on the values recorded. This can be difficult in trying to compare different valve openings as the scales are different as the dynamic simulation proceeds.

Describe the solution you'd like
Fixed axis that can be set manually (i.e. min value,max value) by the user for each of the monitored variables for the integrator.
