Description

A new version of Minecraft has released and it should be supported.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Test the plugin on 1.21
  • Fix any problems that arise
  • Update SpigotMC page
  • Update README
  • Update Dockerfile to use 1.21
  • Open PR to merge changes into develop
  • Changes merged into develop
