The ICCS fork of CIME works with CESM, but does not seem to be working with standalone CAM.

Can we update our fork of CIME to work with both, or create a separate branch that will work with CAM?

Work has begun on a suitable branch of the fork here: https://github.com/Cambridge-ICCS/cime_je/tree/ftorch_gw
