Env: EC2 instance on AWS
The following errors were see when running 'apt-get install --no-install-recommends targetcli'. This happens on -48 minor headers but not on -24 versions

The source of the errors is lio-utils

This error message is not useful in anyway whatsoever.
And that version of Ubuntu has a very old version of targetcli. Your
best bet would be to report and work with your distribution.
If you want to try the latest code, you can try it on Debian Unstable.
