Record from your sound card
First click the button with the three dots to choose a save file location. Use a .wav or .mp3 extension only, .mp3 is the default. Then click start recording to start recording, and then stop recording to stop recording. The file will be saved at the chosen location.
Click settings to choose the MP3 recording quality.
