Hi - great plugin - just what I needed to get my gallery up and running. Just two things which I'd like to ask for if you get the time.

1. Customisable "default" message
2. Use directory name as the default page title

The first is more important than the last for me. (I've got my own gallery.html using the directory title for the thumbnails already, but every page is titled "Index"
.
I could work around both of these by sticking an index.markdown in every directory to deal with both of these, but I wouldn't need to if this were a feature.

On reflection I have remembered that spaces in file names is a bad idea for websites, so I'd like to modify the request slightly to say that the default title should be the directory name but with "-" replaced with " ". I wrote a quick bit of shell to auto-generate the index.md files to do this for me, but it seems to me not everyone would have this ability.
