Creating Files
In Rawky, we can either choose to open a previously created document or we can choose to create our own file. In order to do this, we can use the New File dialog. This dialog can either be opened with Ctrl+N
or be found in the following places;
Menu | Toolbar |
---|---|
Once we have the dialog open, there are a number of values we can change, though everything has a default value
Before setting the width or height, can choose to use a Template. Templates might also provide some guides. Each Guide is a rectangular region with a name
We can give a name hint to our file so when it's exported, we dont need to retype it
We can set the size our initial layer in our initial frame. This will also be used as a hint for the size of new layers. Some templates might set the size for us
If we want to do animation, we can add some frames to start with. Though we can also add frames later via the following places;
Menu | Toolbar |
---|---|
If we want to have details stacked ontop of eachother, we can add some layers to start with. Layers can also be created in the following places,
