I got a request from @deltamarnix to migrate the imod-artifacts to MinIO

Looked a bit further into this, it seems an API key needs to be requested and manually generated, which is quite a hurdle for new users to adopt using iMOD Python. Sent a question to @deltamarnix per mail if this can be avoided.
