I'm working with the SILVA database files (from the arb site), but have a (probably silly) question:

The SILVA installation Script simply converts U to T, but in the discussion here, the esteemed @jenniferlu717 states the need to translate RNA to the complement DNA...

Which should I do?

From my tests, I suspect it's just a case of converting U to T...
