24 hour clock in time entry

The time entry dialogue box uses a 12 hour clock.
Weirdly enough, in admin settings where one can edit the opening hours, that's in 24 hour format.

As a follow-up, -it's quite annoying not being able to just enter a time using the number pad, e.g just typing '1630'
Instead, you have to enter '4.30p'
