New package name and AWS custom domain support

We finally finished our first 2 milestones!

• package rename to ng-deploy-it
• AWS custom domain support

Google cloud platform integration

Google cloud platform is available for angular apps now.
We support static website + CDN + custom domain

Note: google cloud platform needs a custom domain to work

update dependency pulumi

updates the pulumi-npm version to 1.1.1 (binary fix)

Fixed missing compiled js files

Compiled files are included in the releases now.
