Sections get completely hidden while making activity restriction inside those section

Hi,
While making activity access restriction that, the access only after completing the previous activity, we are loosing the visibility of the access limited section.(section get completely hidden instead of access) Is it possible to make it visible with access limitation and while clicking on that activity/section, show a message that "you have to finish the ( previous activity name) to access this activity" some thing like that.... This will help students how many activities are there in the course before starting the course.

Steps to reproduce

Create 2 section and add activity or resources in to that
It will show in the start page as listed
add accessibility restriction to the activity module of section 2 that accessible after completing the previous activity then the 2nd section get completely hidden instead of accessing that

Expected behavior

The section should be visible with the list of activity even a restricted activity on it. but while trying to open the section/its activity, this should popup a notification that this section/activity is not available until you finish the (previous/ restriction related one)/ make it inactive until the targeted activity mark completed
