Segmentation fault running mdpocket #146

Hi,
I tried running mdpocket and I am getting segmentation fault (core dumped) error. Empty files starting with mdpout_ are generated. I aligned and stripped the trajectory with cpptraj following the manual. I have an Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS, 64-bit.
Can you help me solve this? Thanks!

@jana-hor Did you find a solution? I have the same error. I think its related only to AMBER trajectories. I used cpptraj to convert netcdf to xtc, and mdpocket worked fine.
