寒い cold  
寒くて is the て-form of 寒い. て-form has several uses. In this case it allows to link 寒い to what's next.
死ぬ to die 
死に Dying
そう to have the appearance  
死にそう about to die


This first sentence contains two N5 words but the way they are combined makes it a bit complicated.
We have cold 寒い and death 死. From the image we can see she's cold so it's not too hard to infer the global meaning of this sentence.  
Altogether it means "It has the appearance that I'm dying of cold".
This expression is often used in conversation and could be translated as :

> "I'm so cold I could die" or "I'm freezing to death".
