Highlight available plugin updates

An "Update" button is displayed in the plugin view when:

• The installed plugin version has been detected (successfully scanned using Native Discovery)
• A new version is available on the differents feeds in the Explore tab

the user to be able to identify more quickly which plugins can be updated in the collection. All available updates should be visible globally without a click required on each plugins.
