Hello @shr00ff,
Thank you very much for submitting the ticket. Could you please perform some checks to help identify the issue more precisely?

1- Can you confirm if you clicked the 'Run' button? This step is sometimes forgotten by users.
2- Can you confirm if you see any result under the ImportInstance.ByGeometries node? If it is null, the issue might be related to Dynamo or the geometry.
3- If you see the result of the ImportInstance.ByGeometries node in Dynamo after clicking the 'Run' button, can you check if your visibility settings in Revit are configured to show imported categories? Here is a screenshot showing where to find the visibility settings:
